How is AI metered?

What if my project is too small?
We say so honestly and refer you to a better-fit option. Solo practitioners and one-person freelance teams are usually better served by a static brochure site or an off-the-shelf tool — saying that on the first call respects your time.
Can I get a refund?
Setup fees are refundable within 7 days if no workspace work has begun. Once provisioning starts, setup is non-refundable but pro-rata monthly billing applies. Service-agreement engagements have engagement-specific refund terms in the SOW.
